AXIS LMS Website & Curriculum Terms of Use:

Use of the AXIS LMS website and its curriculum are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. You may contact us at info@axis-amc.com or 888-806-2947 with questions.

By clicking “Accept” you agree to the terms of this agreement which are binding.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue.

1. The Training Materials and Course Curriculum

1.1 “Materials” includes any and all curriculum, testing modules, training documents and items provided while participating in any course offered through AXIS’ LMS Website.

1.2 User understands that AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions is the sole owner of any and all Materials.

1.3 AXIS reserves the right to vary, modify, or withdraw any Material without notice. 

1.4 AXIS does not guarantee that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your completion of course materials

2. Fees

2.1 All course fees are determined by AXIS and are non-negotiable

2.2 This is a non-refundable service. Payment for access to course materials is to be provided up front, and costs are not dependent on successful passage of course.

3. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

3.1 All course materials, related documents, tests, and modules are, and remain, the intellectual property of AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions.

3.2 User is not authorized under any circumstances to: 

 (i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, download, broadcast, post, transmit, transfer, share or distribute any of the Materials;

(ii) use the Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by AXIS or any third-party.

(iii) remove any copyright or other notice of AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions;

(iv) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the course content.

4. Terms of Use

4.1 As a condition of use, the user promises to not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful

4.2 User may not post, transmit or render any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or other rights of any person.

4.2 User will not use the material to conduct business for personal gains

4.3 User may not share username and password under any circumstances.

4.4 User will not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information for any other user.

4.5 User will only use services and website as intended, and not attempt to perform any action outside of expected or customary use.
